A small refrigerator in the room.
The sound of the compressor working seemed like an alarm ringing somewhere in the distance. 
I opened the door and stared out into the quiet, unoccupied corridor. I did that twice in the middle of the night.
A kind of auditory hallucination, of course. 
Yet, in the morning, I woke up at dawn as usual. From there, I sat still in my room for nearly two hours and finally went for my morning walk.

The moon lingered in the western sky and waterbirds on the lake.
I admire the clear blue of the eastern sky.
The town is almost deserted.

What attracts me to point my camera at it?
For others it may not make sense, but for me it is like a switch. Something starts to move. Or the faint sound of an alarm.
Suddenly, I think about wanting to live in this town. Perhaps it is because I am looking at it with the eyes of an outsider.
But I don't know how much familiarity I have with the town where I was born.
In an uninhabited town at dawn, it makes no difference where you are.
